Seattle Credit Union

I have spoken to 4 people about my credit card denying a request repeatedly. I’ve tried to get this transaction done 6 times and it’s still not working. I need a visa and neither my credit card or debit card is working properly. So frustrating.

I cannot get anything to work on the mobile app. I can’t download my statements. Can’t download the history. This has been going on for months.

Always so slow and freezes! Zelle /bill pay page takes long to open up. Everything is so slow.

The app gets worse with every single update. Slow, glitchy, unintuitive lauout (this gets worse with each new UI), way too many clicks to do what you need, etc. They just made a big fuss rolling out a new card control function within the app and didn’t even bother to include a way to dispute credit card charges, which is a basic function on most other credit card management apps. I really don’t know what they’re thinking with this garbage app, there are a lot of great banking and credit card management apps out there, I wish SCU would take 5 minutes to learn from others.

I have never experienced a Webste that seems like it was designed by a 6 year old. 1. Unlike virtually every other website I use on my i pad it only works in portrait mode. 2. It is nearly impossible to navigate or communicate with. 3. It does not like to work with fingerprint. Once one changes the password it is a big struggle. 4. It is simply not user friendly and like everything else about Seattle Credit Union, it forces me to park my money in other insttutions. That must be whySeattle Credit Union is constantly steeling our money with ridiculous junk fees I am absolutely disgusted with this institution as is every other member I know

The app is very slow, keeping track of my expenses is very difficult because the payments that are made are reflected almost 8 days later and not on the day the payment is made, the app is really very bad

You can’t do nothing on the app but just view balances useless

As the title would suggest, the app is not hard to use
