The login button don’t do jack man you got 1 job you don’t year your apps before rolling it out dude come on

Cannot log in to ticketmaster because they made the button to login below where my screen ends, and made it unscrollable for some dumb reason. Pretty stupid developers, I guess

Tickets will not load, constantly having to sign back in (like multiple times a day because it says error and I need to sign back in), ticket transfer is impossible. This app has really nose dived this season and I hate that we have to use it to have our tickets for the games.

We went to the game tonight and upon leaving CPA I went to the app to retrieve monorail and light rail passes to go home. I singed out of and into the Kraken and Ticketmaster apps several times to no avail. Insult to injury, when I went to the help feature in the app, the bot said I need to download the app. When I told the bot I have the app, it responded with “we do not have that information”. All of this was too much to bear at the end of a long day and a heartbreaking loss in OT. All this aside, I enjoy the app and use it regularly.

Try accessing your tickets and you’ll encounter nothing but errors. Using Ticketmaster directly is better

There’s no way to link your Ticketmaster account on a 1st generation iPhone SE; the login button is clipped from the bottom of the screen. The result is no way to access transit or your tickets to the game.

Cannot login to link Ticketmaster on iPhone SE so I cannot access public transit tickets. Party of 7 impacted. Please make sure to test the app on older iOS devices.

I have tried for days to link my tickermaster account to the Kraken app, but there is no possibility of doing this because the Kraken app doesn't scroll down on that page. Thus, I cannot redeem public transit passes (which also contains a page that does not scroll). After a quick internet search, I find that this has been a problem for more than a year now. Beyond those pages not scrolling, the app is glitchy and crashes every other time I open it.

Kraken says it’s “revamped” but they forgot to add scrolling on the ticketmaster sign in. What’s the deal with that?
