• Reproduce el nombre de tus intervalos, de modo que puedes seguir un entrenamiento sin necesidad de ver la pantalla. Seconds puede avisarte previamente del próximo intervalo. También cuenta con otras alertas, como pitidos y campanas.
• Coordina el entrenamiento Tabata con tu música. Cada intervalo puede tener su propia música asignada, lo que permite que puedas hacer coincidir la intensidad de tu música con la intensidad del entrenamiento HIIT.
• Seconds se ejecuta en segundo plano, por lo que la pantalla puede estar apagada o se pueden utilizar otras aplicaciones mientras que el temporizador de HIIT está activo.

I love how customizable it is. If I can think it, I can build it. I’m a heavy user of the text-to-sprach function and like that I can listen to my music too. I don’t just use for circuits; I’ve used for dog training, e-mail triage, etc. I also believe I got this as a one-time purchase which makes me very happy; subscriptions are the worst!

I really enjoyed this program until I decided to use an alternative music provider. It only functions with Apple Music which is sad because I enjoy YouTube music more. Please add the feature for us. I would pay for the ability.

Extremely well thought out customization options that go far beyond the minimum. My favorites are the fantastic full-screen display, and the ability to set the volume of the timer’s beeps separately from the media volume. Well worth the price.

This app is awesome! It has been a game changer for me with my workouts! I like to do interval workouts so this app is perfect for that. I love that it comes with some preloaded to get you started but then I quickly created my own routines/time intervals. I have been using this app for 4 yrs and truly love it!
