This App is awesome, no subscription just one time purchase which is amazing. Simple to use. I love using this for group sessions and HIIT workouts.

Best timer that I have used. Intuitive with all workout combinations that one needs

I’ve been using this app since 2018 and it’s not changed too much from a UI perspective but it does everything I need it to do for my resistance and cardio training timing. Seconds allows me to play music or use my Audible app whilst interjecting audio countdowns thereby allowing me to listen and workout at the same time.

Great app but a couple of frustrations which have also been flagged by other reviewers: There is no option to “select all” when editing workout programmes. Please add this function. Voice prompts sometimes not loud enough - voice ducking is also erratic.

Really love the app but it recently stopped allowing me to share my screen on Zoom. Zoom goes through the process of sharing screen but as soon as you select Seconds it goes to a blank screen. It was really great before this.
