The app is perfect for self rehabilitation. I’ve been using the note book thingy as my diary where I write all my negative thoughts and feelings which have been helping with my anxiety and stress. It has no premium yada so it’s just you and your inner self. I downloaded it after Michele Pham recommended it and never regretted 👌🏻
It’s free everything is free there is no “premium” or anything like that, it’s calm, relaxing and just beautiful. I love this app!

I love it, would use as a wake up to just be relaxed before I start my day. Or maybe before I got to bed. I was a little stressed but now I feel a lot better, could see my self using this for a week or two. But if new things come or think will chance like new messages, new games and that will come then I am sure I could use it for longer. Used it once but I know I love it #SelfCare
I found this 2 years ago and I couldn’t remember the name of it for the life of me and every google search came up blank. I can’t believe this came up on my recommendations today. … although I did find a screenshot of it saved on a drive yesterday, that I saved from the drive to my phone. Maybe just my fbi guy looking out for me? either way I’m so happy.
I had this game on my Samsung phone and ended up losing it when I got a new phone I have been looking for it for so long I’m so glad I found it again. This is the only game that actually truly helps me with my depression and anxiety/panic attacks ❤️
The love that was poured into this app really comes through. This is an excellent app for people who want to unwind mindfully, in an ad-free environment. I also love that it takes place in a bedroom, under the covers. so cozy!
I really do like this app it has a lot of interesting aspects to it, it sometimes gets a little bit repetitive though but I don’t mind much
