As of January 2025, this phase of TRU LUV’s journey is concluding. Everything follows a natural cycle and we have reached the end of ours. This means there will be no new updates and #SelfCare will no longer be found in the app store. We are deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to create this sanctuary within your phone.
As we evolve and enter a new cycle, we’d like to recommend a couple of our favorite free apps for you to try. We recommend Finch Pet for self-care companionship and Insight Timer for meditation and breathwork features we find soothing. We are sending you love as you continue your lifelong self-care journey.
