SELPHY Photo Layout

This app makes it easy to print photos but there's unfortunately no way to select multiple copies of the same photo, so if you're printing a copy for a few friends you have to print them one by one which is tedious.

I would love this app if I could use it. I can’t choose pictures and now my images have to be only on one side using the standard app instead of making 2 in 1 page, collages etc.

Why ain’t the default setting that the image prints INSIDE the boundaries of the paper?

I baught it today and I’m really satisfied with the quality of the prints but the app is quite time consuming to use. And sometimes when trying to pick photos for my print the images I’m my album is not possible to pick until I start over again. It need some more love and QA. Please?

I wonder why this app exist, what’s the point? It doesn’t bring anything more than the standard canon print app...

Printer is pretty amazing but this app is awful. Cannon wrote their own photo picker, rather than using the iOS default picker. This means you don’t have access to photo search or the common means of selecting photos that is used literally EVERYWHERE else. They did work to make the user experience awful seriously just use the built in photo picker. Oh and to rub salt in the wound they don’t let you use the iOS photos app to pick photos and send them to the printer app via the share card. The printer works great but the app makes me hate it.

It won’t even connect to my iPhone. I prefer that the app will connect with the phone via Wi-Fi, which will be more reliable.

There are features the printer is capable of that are absent on the app, which is unfortunately the quickest and most convenient way to print on this thing and therefore the most preferable way. The subtle date option is not available on the app, yet it is on the printer. I see this has been a complaint in reviews for over a year, so Canon does not seem to be supporting its software on current products, which is very disappointing. It would be a different story if this were an old model. UPDATE YOUR APP, CANON!! CHEAPSKATES!!

I usually don’t write reviews but the connection from the app to the device is NOT IT. It’s straight lacking.
