Sena Camera

Started off with trying to set the time correctly on the 10C Pro. Found that it could only be done with the camera app. But can’t get a wifi connection from the camera. Reinstalled the app. Did a factory reset on the camera. Still nothing. Don’t really care about not being able to view videos on the phone. But for this to be the only way to update the date and time is fricken ridonkulous.

My Sena Prism Tube Wifi is disconnected from this app after a minute or two constantly. I can’t download videos via wifi because of this. So the wifi part of the camera is practically redundant. This app needs attention. Please help. I like the camera. The picture quality is good and it’s easy to use but the ease to move video onto my iPhone when I’m not near a laptop or desktop computer is not possible purely because of this app therefore the camera has not met the relevant part of the transaction agreement and the wifi function is useless except for a brief chance to view the camera live before it disconnects. 1/5 Sena Shame on you.

I’m trying to format my SD card and then start looking through videos but it keeps going back to the “connect your camera” screen even though I’m still connected to its wifi (10C pro). Trying to be positive but for the amount I paid for the camera it’s pretty frustrating

I have tried, reinstalling app, update 10c pro firmware, factory reset if, placing in airplane mod before connect to Sena WiFi. Yes I turn the camera on. There app should take hour spent on forums and internet to work. Fix you stuff Sena. Very poor software

This app is HORRENDOUS!!!!! Constantly disconnects… spend about 45 minutes trying to connect to begin with! Customer service/support line is clueless as well

Does not work on iPhone. I have tried updating the phone, and uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it and it still will not work… i guess Sena is only good for android users

This app won’t connect, no mater how hard you try, can you not make it simple, find you device link you device

It reminds me of early 2000’s software. The camera is pretty nice if it would actually record. Takes me about three minutes to connect via wifi for some reason I do not understand. Once your in the app and you click record you would think it would idk record, but it doesn’t. I could’ve bought something for half the price and been better off.

I don’t understand how Sena gets away with selling $200-$500 headsets and have the worst software for everyone of their apps I have ever seen. Is your programmer the son of the owner or something cause you need to fire them.

Try to connect WiFi to iPhone 5 or iPhone 11 , it is working good, but when try to connect WiFi to iPhone 14 it is not working, has messaged ( no internet connection). Contacted to Sena tech support, booo they are not understood the problem, they didn’t know how to fixed.
