Sena Camera

It DOES NOT CONNECT TO THE PHONE! Garbage! No matter how many times you try, there is no connecting the camera to your phone. Nothing on their websites for the camera app…or even viewing your videos! Horrible. No one to call.

I have tried, reinstalling app, update 10c pro firmware, factory reset if, placing in airplane mod before connect to Sena WiFi. Yes I turn the camera on. There app should take hour spent on forums and internet to work. Fix you stuff Sena. Very poor software

This app is HORRENDOUS!!!!! Constantly disconnects… spend about 45 minutes trying to connect to begin with! Customer service/support line is clueless as well

Does not work on iPhone. I have tried updating the phone, and uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it and it still will not work… i guess Sena is only good for android users

This app won’t connect, no mater how hard you try, can you not make it simple, find you device link you device

It reminds me of early 2000’s software. The camera is pretty nice if it would actually record. Takes me about three minutes to connect via wifi for some reason I do not understand. Once your in the app and you click record you would think it would idk record, but it doesn’t. I could’ve bought something for half the price and been better off.

Try to connect WiFi to iPhone 5 or iPhone 11 , it is working good, but when try to connect WiFi to iPhone 14 it is not working, has messaged ( no internet connection). Contacted to Sena tech support, booo they are not understood the problem, they didn’t know how to fixed.

Whoever was hired to develop this software program was smoking some superlative weed.

The app used to allow me to open videos and check the live camera feed. Now whenever I try to open the videos in my gallery it says “your input can’t be opened”. This must be a software issue because I have two 10c evos and they both have this issue. I’ve updated both units to the latest software 1.7 and redownloaded the app. Still nothing. Please update the app!

I was gifted a 50c through my work and have spent countless hours trying to get the camera app to function. The app will sometimes show a preview of the camera, but as soon as you attempt anything else (record, settings, files, etc) I get the “spinning wheel of death” and it simply locks up. Since this has happened “out of the box”, I’m unable to adjust any settings for the camera. Why Sena locks all camera setting adjustments to an app that doesn’t work is beyond me. I wish there was an alternative to at least setting the camera up and recording, but there is not. I have even tried manually recording through the device itself and checking the SD card on a computer, but there is nothing there. Since the app is the only way to make use of the camera, and the app does not work, the camera is useless. I can however pair the 50c to my phone and use it for music. But then again, I could have gotten a different (cheaper) device to do that.
