Stuck on the connection screen, 20 evo is ready paired. Seems to be a common issue sent doesn’t seem to care. Most likely try to move friends and other riders to Cardo.

I was scared when I red the comments, but it is actually really simple to connect the sena to your phone, it took me 5 min and i was on the road. Ok yes you need to search on the settings when you want something specific, but i am more than happy that I bought the sena 50s. You’ll see, with a little bit of patience, the app is fine !

Not the easiest to set up but once you do the app works well and controls the headset great!

Sena really needs to review their IT department. The Device manager looks like a windows 95 program, it took me a while to update the firmware. Not user friendly at all. But this review is not about device manager, it’s about the app. Once I updated the firmware, the app seems to detect the device but it keeps spinning for ever and nothing happens. I have a SMH10. Worse user experience ever

Hi I am trying to connect my Sena 10 to Sena Motorcycle app for iOS and it keeps on showing me a message “let’s get your device connected” while the device is already connected and I can make calls and listen to music. I want to use the app as it offers pairing with other headsets / riders and better UI. Can you pls help and share some guidance on why my Sena 10S does not work with sena motorcycle app

Once you get it working, it really works. Negative reviews I assume are from technology illiterate users. Although I do agree that it could be a bit tricky connecting with other brands. But connecting with other Sena users is very straightforward.

Not at all intuitive. Sena 50s instructions are terrible. Very erratic performance and not consistent at all. Do not have high expectations for this app and be prepared to figure out most of the stuff on your own. For what these units cost, a lot more effort should be put into making the app much more user friendly.

The app is stuck at loading after having paired the device

Please remove the requirement to have all permissions in order to use the app. I just want to adjust my Sena’s settings. It does not need camera and music permissions for that. It’s very intrusive.
