Sena Motorcycles

Had zero issues with this app so far. Have a SRL3 and connected to it instantly. Used the app to upgrade the firmware and change a few audio settings.

For some reason, I can not connect to my phone via this app. Evan if the phone in reality is connected with the device. It appear the window where is loading and that it is

First, the problem with the app and the connection to headset: - update headset unit’s firmware via laptop - uninstall and reinstall the app - factory reset your unit - restart both, the unit and the phone - pair them… Et voila… Second: I really don’t find the app user friendly: a) do I have to know the radio frequency of any station? Other brands have auto scan b) I have an agenda, therefore I don’t have to remember anyone’s phone number… now you have to, if you wanna get ‘em on speed dial c) not finding the app very useful, just for a few tweaks. I could happily live without em Third: Quality of incoming voice… maybe I’m doing something wrong, but… man… where do I start… It’s like I’m back in 1940’s

The app won’t start without full access to: - phone camera (??) - local network (??) - Apple Music and Media files (????!!) - Bluetooth (…makes sense)

I upgraded to the latest software version and I can't connect with the phone anymore. what is to be done in this case?

It’s unbelivable that in this century Sena is still resisting over the idea of hiring a team of Dev plus one QA. The app is not starting, even if I am connected to the helmet (sena 50r). Just for not looking stupid here I need to mention that I have a schubert C5 and this is how i’ve ended up using Sena. They make 50$ and sell them for 500$. Go for Cardo if you can!

I have a Sena SRL for my Neotec helmet already paired to my phone but this app takes about 20 seconds to connect every time it loads. It does not show my paired headsets even though I have paired it with another Sena unit. I just don’t see what the purpose of this app is

I don’t know what the big stink is about. My coms along with this app took about 15 seconds to do what it is supposed to do. I’ll give 4 stars for now until I have some time with the app. FYI, I have an iphone 15 pro max

Don’t waste your money… Sena will sell you a device that doesn’t work, with the same issue that you can find 50 other people having on online forums. Call their tech support and all they will tell you is it’s a faulty device and you need to buy a new one. Don’t get ripped off like myself and several other people have.

Won’t connect to my SMH10, just loads over and over. Tried power cycling and disconnect/reconnect with no changes.
