Thieves
I did not authorize this purchase, I don’t have the app, and these thieves refuse to return my money. I would’ve left zero stars, but that wasn’t an option.

Be aware of duplicate subscriptions and double charges!! I purchased one recurring 6-month subscription from sensa health in Dec. 2022, and I canceled it in June 2023. Just a few days ago, I noticed that I have still been charged every six-month beyond the cancelation date in June 2023. I checked my subscription management page, and it was showing (and is still showing) that I had cancelled my subscription in June 2023, and I have had no active subscriptions since then. I checked my older bank statements and realized I was double charged at the time of the initial purchase of the subscription in Dec. 2022. I contacted Sensa Health about the issue, and they told me that I had purchased two subscriptions under my account, and my cancelation request only applied to one of them, and therefore the second one was getting renewed every six months. (How is it even possible to sell duplicate subscription at once to one single user account??! How is it even possible for one user account to use two separate identical subscriptions at once??!) I explained to them that I did not have any knowledge of the second subscription and no access to it via my subscription management page. My account did not and still does not show any information about this second subscription, and I would have never become aware of that if I did not catch the unauthorized charges on my bank account and contacted Sensa about it. After a lot of back and forth emails, they still do not acknowledge the fact that there is an error in their system management system which lets selling duplicate subscriptions at once to one single account, and yet, does not give the user any access to the duplicate subscription so it can be known of, and canceled. There have been four unauthorized charges over 1.5 years for this duplicate subscription (which again I have had no way to access and be aware of). Sensa health is telling me that I was charged for subscription renewal because I had not canceled it, and as “a kind gesture” (which is actually insulting under the current circumstances) they can refund me only for the last unauthorized charge. Why should l, as a costumer, be responsible and pay for an evident error (if hopefully not scam) in their system, which sell duplicate subscriptions at once to one single account without providing any access to see and manage this duplicate subscription??????? I will provide an update if anything changes! In the meantime, Be aware if you are planning to subscrib
Pushy tactics to lock in subscription and content that’s basic at best. Not helpful. Waste of money. Watch out for “time sensitive” offers
Be very sceptical of this company - they will draw you in and unless you are vigilant you will have a $59 charge auto renewing on your credit card every six months - I have had them charging for two years for an app I haven’t used. It seems to be very basic. I have experienced zero integrity with this Lithuanian registered company and highly recommends staying well clear.
This app is expensive for what it offers which is very basic mood tracking and very intro level mental health information. I ended up not using this app much and they charged me to renew. This was understandable as I forgot to cancel my subscription, but I reached out the same day to cancel and ask for a refund. They cancelled my order but refused the refund which was disappointing given the timeliness. You’d think a mental health app would be a little more understanding.
This is just a high-priced tracking app. They automatically “renewed” my *subscription and charged me for it at six months even though I had not used the app for months. They refused to refund.
48 hour advance cancellation required. Even if you try this mediocre app, set a reminder well before the subscription ends or you’ll be stuck paying for the future billed portion even if you’ve never used it.
So I was browsing my card transactions and saw one for Sensa. Shocked I went to my Apple account….. but nothing there. I had to reinstall the app (no online login), remember old password, and then find the area to cancel the subscription I didn’t know I had (it’s called “breakage”). Not only did I mistakenly keep canceling the cancel (the “keep subscription” is placed above the fold and easy to mis-tap, which is known as a dark pattern in UX) but they threw up all these barriers to managing my subscription. Felt very disingenuous and quite shady for an app that was quite frankly useless.
They charge you and keep charging you, they don’t send you notification, they don’t respond to customer service request and when you dispute bill they suddenly respond - not to you, but to your bank so they can keep your money.
There are much better adhd help tools out there. Check howtoadhd on YouTube. People who suffer from adhd are unlikely to bd able to utilize the amount of tools they teach you in a short amount of time effectively. Also people who are adhd or neurodivergent are much less likely to remember to cancel subscription services such as these which seems like a big company taking advantage of people who are neurodivergent to me considering it’s specifically targeted to them.
