I’ve just downloaded the most recent version of the app and am getting a notification within that to update to the most recent version

This is a great app for anyone who wants to transform their mental state from one of much suffering to one with much joy. Apart from a couple of tiny issues – main one it doesn’t prompt me every day to use it! - I would’ve given five stars!

They say, “Free with in-store purchases.” That’s not true. You can sign up for a short “free” trial. There’s NOT a free version of the app. Once your short trial is completed they will auto-bill you OUTSIDE of the Apple Store. Do not pay via their website or give them payment info. Your “subscription” doesn’t show in Apple Subscriptions. You must hunt them down to ensure you’re cancelled. For an app that’s supposed to help people with ADHD and/or procrastination, the auto-bill for the app takes advantage of the very people it alleges to help. The app requires a lot of reading and writing. It’s time consuming. It won’t magically help you. It’s hard to keep up with their program unless you already do NOT have ADHD. I hadn’t used it in over a year. It didn’t show as an Apple Subscription, I checked my Apple Subscriptions within the past month. This app wasn’t there, so it didn’t occur to me that I was still subscribed… until it billed me … again.

This app doesn’t do subscriptions through the App Store. I wrote in to cancel because they never notified me about a renewal. I originally thought it would be in my subscriptions under my iCloud account so I didn’t think about it. I got surprised by the renewal. The day the transaction was pending I sent an email and they said you have to write in THREE DAYS before the renewal. The best they’ll do is a 25% refund. Definitely contacting my bank on this one. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Read super carefully, this app was billing me for years. They are only ever willing to refund 25% of the last subscription. $240 down the drain; absolutely terrible customer service. App is faulty, and preys on people who want to better their lives.

ZERO stars for these thieves. They automatically renewed by subscription even after canceling it. I did not use this crappy app for even a week. It’s that bad.

Even if you cancel they will still charge you. If you delete your account they will still retain your payment info and can keep charging! They state it in their terms. Sensa has tricky language that makes it impossible to sue them. Do not even do a trial!

This app doesn’t do much other than give you a list of to do’s which just adds to procrastination and overwhelm. Track the date of renewal. You must cancel 48 hours before they bill you again. They don’t notify you of the charge at any point. It’s all on you. They have no refund policy if you cancel even one day past when they process the payment. I’m firmly putting this in scam/no help territory. It’s a money grab and the only thing the app offers are tracking and journaling prompts with 8,000 notifications of what you set up that are meaningless and cause overwhelm. Save your money for a therapist.

I did not authorize this purchase, I don’t have the app, and these thieves refuse to return my money. I would’ve left zero stars, but that wasn’t an option.

Be aware of duplicate subscriptions and double charges!! I purchased one recurring 6-month subscription from sensa health in Dec. 2022, and I canceled it in June 2023. Just a few days ago, I noticed that I have still been charged every six-month beyond the cancelation date in June 2023. I checked my subscription management page, and it was showing (and is still showing) that I had cancelled my subscription in June 2023, and I have had no active subscriptions since then. I checked my older bank statements and realized I was double charged at the time of the initial purchase of the subscription in Dec. 2022. I contacted Sensa Health about the issue, and they told me that I had purchased two subscriptions under my account, and my cancelation request only applied to one of them, and therefore the second one was getting renewed every six months. (How is it even possible to sell duplicate subscription at once to one single user account??! How is it even possible for one user account to use two separate identical subscriptions at once??!) I explained to them that I did not have any knowledge of the second subscription and no access to it via my subscription management page. My account did not and still does not show any information about this second subscription, and I would have never become aware of that if I did not catch the unauthorized charges on my bank account and contacted Sensa about it. After a lot of back and forth emails, they still do not acknowledge the fact that there is an error in their system management system which lets selling duplicate subscriptions at once to one single account, and yet, does not give the user any access to the duplicate subscription so it can be known of, and canceled. There have been four unauthorized charges over 1.5 years for this duplicate subscription (which again I have had no way to access and be aware of). Sensa health is telling me that I was charged for subscription renewal because I had not canceled it, and as “a kind gesture” (which is actually insulting under the current circumstances) they can refund me only for the last unauthorized charge. Why should l, as a costumer, be responsible and pay for an evident error (if hopefully not scam) in their system, which sell duplicate subscriptions at once to one single account without providing any access to see and manage this duplicate subscription???????
