This app has a lot of nice features and options, especially to listen to different sounds, but when you pause or terminate a meditation or activity, a repetitive same musical interlude takes over; you cannot get a silent pause. Might be nice for variety. And if you fall asleep then wake up after a meditation has finished, the music has come on; the app does not turn itself off like many others do (watch your battery). Secondly, in some meditations, the musical “background” overshadows the speaker’s voice. That is the only feature I really dislike at the moment- that unstoppable same music and it’s uncontrollability.

I like the concept of the app and I feel it would help me sleep better The app shuts off as soon as the phone screen turns off or if you minimize the screen to go to another app. I tried to play it on my Bluetooth mask while I tried to sleep but as soon as my phone screen shut off the app stopped and I had to keep opening my screen to play the app! How do you fall asleep if you have to go and keep pushing play and don’t want to keep your phone running all night with the screen on?
