December 29, 2024 at 6:21AM, I received a message from the app saying “We apologize for the inconvenience it may caused. Click to view a temporary solution to access the app until January 1, 2025, when it will recover on its own.” Also, when I clicked that message pop up, nothing happened. I sent an email providing them info on this issue and less than 10 minutes later, I got a response from a Team member saying they were working on it. Less than 4 hours later, there was another new app update addressing the issue that fixed my issue. The issue I had has now been resolved. Was going to rate 1 star but due to their fast turnaround on the resolution and their fast email response, 5 stars have been earned again. Keep in mind that this was the only issue I had out of the couple of years of owning a sense-u cam and operating their app. Not bad. Good work Team too.

Worked great until 12-28 then when trying to open the app it crashes within 3 seconds, so uninstalled it reinstalled it and rebooted and it would let me get to the sign in screen then as soon as I entered my password it started crashing again This is on iPhone 14 iOS 18.3

Good luck app loves to crash half the time. Definitely won’t buy another sense U device.

Honestly there are so many versions of what this specific device does, but one of the biggest reasons why I decided to use this specific device was because the camera was a gift. and when I found out about the button, I had no idea as a new mom. There was a device that recorded your babies breathing and I am so afraid of SIDS. It was one of my biggest fears as a new mom, but I told my husband we should buy it even if it is expensive because once he moves into his own room, it would be a good transition and I’ve used it since he was born, and let me tell you such a relief to know that it notifies his phone, my phone, my iPad so you don’t miss a notification whether your baby rolled over or stopped breathing any device can work as long as you have the app and really easy to use. The only complaint I would have about this device is that if you’re using fabric diapers I don’t recommend you get the small circle button get the clip that recharges that is the new one available. The only bad thing is, we did get scares that he wasn’t breathing, but really the fabric wasn’t tight enough and it would just miss read but the way I fixed it was I would just make the waist just a little bit tighter. but obviously if you’re buying this for the first time and you’re really serious about fabric diapers, get the sock version or the big clip one do not get the small button although that works perfectly fine if you’re only using disposable diapers. Other than that, I highly recommend this product. It is expensive but honestly worth it considering your baby could stop breathing at any moment, especially as a new mom you never know if you’ll be a mother that will never sleep unless you have a mirror to their nose, the relief of anxiety and security it gives me.

This has been a peace of mind and life saver my daughter has been diagnosed with laryngomalacia she actually has 3 episodes that she stopped breathing and if it wasn’t for this device I would probably not be holding my daughter right now yes it might be annoying the role over detector when feeding or burping but I honestly rather deal with it and have my daughter with me.
