Sense-U Baby

I have been using this camera for two years and it fails constantly, the connection rarely works even with our great wifi. The camera stops working at random times during the night which makes me wake with a panicked screaming baby… I’m loosing sleep over this camera, I do not recommend

The app definitely needs improvement. It constantly freezes and disconnects from the network. And no, my network is not at fault because we just upgraded to high speed internet provider and the speed test is always excellent!

The app user experience is pretty bad. Not well configurable, lack a lot of features, is buggy and sometimes pairing takes too long.

Really great device. Love when it tells me my baby is moving around, temp and breathing. I can relax/rest at ease that is unless it disconnects which is constantly and you spend so long trying to reconnect. I think a sound to alert when it disconnects would be great. I follow how it tells us to and it still disconnects. Also the battery on the device itself dies sooo quickly. You get a week and a half regular use out of it before you got to buy more.

I’ve used this app for more than two years and it used to be fine. Recently they did an update and now this uses over 1/3 of my battery due to background usage. My phone turns off before the end of the day due to how much this drains the battery. It is also happening on my husband’s phone. Please fix this app!

This product has given me such peace of mind and has allowed me to finally rest when my baby sleeps

Love the sensor gives me peace of mind but this app….. can we NOT have the loading screen be a BRIGHT white/blue? You know I’m opening this app in a dark room with a baby can I please not be blinded and worried about it waking the baby I only JUST got to sleep?

The Sense-U baby monitor has given us such peace of mind during the newborn phase of parenting our first baby! It’s allowed us to sleep knowing it will alarm if he stops breathing. Luckily we haven’t had a true alarm go off, but it definitely goes off when we forget to turn it offline for diaper changes and when taking it off during the day. The only improvement I would say, is if the temp reading could be actual temp and not “feeling” temp. However, we are using it more for the resp rate monitoring than temperature!

My partner’s parents gifted us this baby monitor system. I didn’t have anything like it in mind. I used it for the first time when my daughter was 3 month’s old. I had always been in the same room she had slept in until that point. Sense-u brought me back some sense of freedom. I could be in another part of the house and if I had any worry I could look at her breathing rate or the camera monitor and know she was okay. I can’t imagine feeling more secure. Very grateful for this gift (the monitor and the freedom).
