Sentara MyChart

I find results difficult to understand when the normal ranges are not displayed next to my test results. I guess I need to purchase a dictionary, medical of course, to educate myself with the terminology. I also prefer the old displays that are easier to read and understand for me. Patients do not need to get frustrated trying to interpret test results, usually being older individuals.

Contact with the office and staff is VERY easy.

This is so convenient do try hat you can get the preliminary questions answered before the visit. One complaint is that for appts with a doctor we’ve seen for almost 30 yrs we fill out the same questionnaire including the ones about food and money insecurity. If we fill it out once within the week or so won’t most of the answers still be the same. Took too long to fill out same questions for multiple appointments

I used to be able to just sign in on the app. Now it takes me to the website to sign in just to go back to the app to open. That is terrible. I can not find anything anymore. This app was user friendly but not so much anymore

What is the value of a healthcare app that you can’t access because they broke their own identity login process????

I hate the way you sign in it takes you to the Internet to sign in with that app stupid why even have an app?

I upgraded with this app. And now I can’t log into Sentera at all. I can’t get my appointment. I can’t check my medicine refills. This app is not working.

My account got hacked within 12 hours of making the account. Had to call support and now they think it could be a hippa breach. 2 step verification should be the standard for all apps including apps that deal with personal health information

I absolutely am blessed to have My Chart. It is simple and easy to use. I love being able to schedule appointments from my app.

I work for Sentara so it’s easy to have my information at my fingertips; however, some information is super difficult, if not impossible, to find. Overall it’s great tool for patients, and their providers, to have access to records.
