Who would write an app that stores you digital info like drivers licence but then forget to add the feature of needing a passcode or Face ID to access the app

Clunky and unable to add existing ambulance membership

The app keeps saying licence not found

Why would you release a feature such as digital licence and exclude young drivers on P’s and L’s (who are more likely to use a digital licence) from registering on the app. If you release a feature, allow all car drivers to use it - otherwise don’t send me an email saying my Digital Licence is read to be added. Victoria is so far behind in using technology it’s not even funny. Can’t even tap on or off on public transport from you’re phone…. in 2024!

Utterly pointless. iOS has a secure wallet application.

I applied and paid for the NDIS WSC in November last year. I canceled this soon after and eventually received a full refund. I now want to apply again as I have been offered work with an NDIS provider, but my Service Victoria app still says pending for the original application. I need this removed so I can apply again, so I can work. I have been told I can apply ‘manually’ (30 page document) and may take 2 months to process!! Surely there is something you can do to make this easier? Can my original NDIS WSC application be removed so I can get on? I’ve had no other issues with the app.

Just tried to add the new digital license and the issue date for drivers license and bike license were wrong but my HR license is correct

Would be nice to be able to add to my Apple wallet !

Tried to apply for high risk license(forklift) online. App is a nightmare, crashed multiple apps times, multiple error pages and then when it finally reloads there are 3 draft applications in the queue. Only government could be this inept. Ended up going to post office to do manually.

Installed App. E-mil, password, six digit code etc. kept asking me to log in.After several tries I deleted.
