Can be distracting
I have been meditating for a number of years within a Buddhist context and I find that this product is okay if I am in poor mental states then it can calm things down a bit but after that, in my experience, it becomes a distraction to going deeper. A nice tool to have in your bag of tricks but not one to rely upon.
Great app! Works very well
I have done some basic "Michael Harner" style shamanic training. He developed "core shamanism" in the 60's and recorded drumming for people to use for shamanic journeying. This is similar to that except you can specify how long you journey for. I've had great experiences with this app. Fascinating and wonderful to think that this archaic ecstasy technique that dates from the dawn of humanity has found a home in our technological post-Internet age.

Just closes once started!!
Great for first timers!
I loved the control and choice on this app. My only criticism is the call back, it can be quite startling... I felt like I was jerked back and it left me feeling a little unsettled.

Very powerful, great sounds,takes you into a magical state very quickly.
Shaman
I am fairly new to Shamanic drumming this app is really good and let's you experiment with different rhythms and backgrounds. Some of the backgrounds I find a bit distracting but it is up to you to choose and adjust to suite. All in all even if you don't journey it is very good for deep medative practice
Nice
Where will your jouneys take you? Good design of the interface, and clear real drum sounds. Nice help also...as on all this person's applications.
Simply good and hits the spot.
Does what it says on the tin, the only think I add is wind sounds Has I like to work in all, the elements, water fire wind etc, but this is very good at quieting the chatter in my mind and Taking me of into that zone I need to be in to do my psychic channeling.. Has for the interface simple and works would love a pitch control to get other waves... So finally it worth cash enjoy.

I have switched from apple to android and miss this app sooo much. Please put it on play store!!
