The robot is great, but the app doesn’t. The application so simple and not smart at all. I hate the schedule cannot select room, actually a few things can control in the apps. Can’t not find the robot in map, don’t know where is it. The robot stupid to find the way back to the docks.
Robot is useless because we can’t get the app to open. Just a white screen. No response on any of the reviews by the developers. I can only hope that means they are working on a fix. Can someone please let us know how this is going to be fixed? Or do we need to go to a competitor?
It can’t locate properly where it is even after rescanning multiple times. It goes crazy when power goes off. I won’t recommend
Features of the app don't function properly. The "No Go Zones" won't save. After you quad off a section the 'Done' button will not appear so you can't save it. This likely cuz they want to buy their boundary strips. This is unfortunate cuz it really does hinder scheduled vacuuming or just making weird looking maps. Also trying to just reach out directly to customer support is difficult cuz they just want you to read their FAQs instead but they don't address the problems you have. Also, when it decides to disconnect from the wifi you basically gotta delete the robot profile and start a new one. The app is junk.
I have been having g issues with the app for a while. First it just would not show my notifications. Now, it is completely blank.🤷♀️
I love it! Is there a way to locate the robot to know what room it is in on the app while it’s vacuuming? That would be cool, especially if I’m not home and start the vacuum.
If you set a schedule it does the whole house instead of letting you make a schedule for certain rooms. I’d much rather prefer it to vacuum our high traffic areas on a schedule instead of the entire house. The app needs to offer better flexibility and options.
My app is a white screen for weeks since the last update. I’ve tried reaching out to developers but keep getting the shark page and faqs. No help. Writing a review just to get developers attention to fix this glitch. Please fix this. I was unable to set “no-go zones” since can’t access the app for Christmas tree so had to power off my robot so it would quit sucking up the tree skirt. Please fix!!
The app is not designed for IPads, does not remember your password or work with FaceID. It’s terrible.
