Really love the unit. Super convenient Frequently using the app in the room selection section it doesn’t allow me to select room and I will have to close down and reopen the app several times for it to start to work again. Other then that no real issues.

Keeps defaulting back won’t accept my changes after setting the time wheel. I basically can’t set a schedule. Sometimes the wheel refuses to move and just won’t let me set a time. Frustrating please fix, seems like this has been ongoing issue. It’s a basic scheduling need.

It’s pretty well layed and and everything works pretty smooth except carpet zones I think that needs some updates

The vacuum itself is fantastic. The app allows for on-demand cleaning of the whole house, individual rooms, or groups of rooms. However, you can only schedule cleaning of the whole house. Bizarre. The vacuum does not have enough battery to do our entire house, so what ends up happening is the vacuum will run out of battery at some random point in the house and go back to charge for several hours. I would much prefer to select an area that I know it can complete on one charge, then schedule the rest of the house at another time.

Honestly my absolute fav household item. We have had ours for a little over a year and still going strong. We have 3 small kids, two very fluffy dogs and a cat and this is my life saver on keeping up with vacuuming.

Love my Shark, except when we are away from home! If a power outage occurs, the Robot automatically comes off it’s charge station and just sits in front of it! So when we do arrive home and the house is it’s absolute dustiest, the Robot has NO power! Needs to be put back on the charging station for most of the day.

We saw this product during a trip to Costco. We thought it would be a good opportunity to have something to keep up on all the cat and dog hair around the floors. Wasn’t sure about the quality of this brand, so checked the online reviews and we were satisfied with giving it a try. So far we’ve had it for a week, and it is absolutely awesome to date. The set up was easy and the unit accurately mapped the entire floor. At first, I was disappointed to learn that you couldn’t map more than one floor. However, after taking the unit upstairs and just letting it do its thing, it did a thorough cleaning. Based on our short experience with this unit, so far, I would highly recommended it!

App is a bit glitchy and map isn’t perfect. Overall still works though
