App is very laggy and slow, Many glitches and poor interface and app needs many changes and improvements

I am unable to connect to wifi after entering all details.. the app shows connecting and no activity further. Kindly provide router address or make update pls.

App is good and provides clear information. Improvement Suggestion: The unit should notify the user when it is not working, down, or disconnected from the internet, instead of waiting for the user to check the app and contact customer care.

Worst app. Constantly goes blank and shows that production is zero while checking the inverter shows production

Please help me to login through my device.when we choose the country the screen freezes

Hi Admin Monthly generation of power is Automatic from 1st of every month this should be manual bcoz my power bill will generate 8th of every month. So I want to see monthly generation from 8th - 8th of every month So try to update it asap

Mine is iPhone 12 pro max. Till 29th july, the data is synched after that it shows that it’s disconnected and no data is syncing. Pl resolve the issue

Offline not able to configuration

There is not continuous working in all day of month.

1. While connecting nee device, it does not let edit / continue if it did not work first time. For me, the wifi details was added and the device was waiting for connection, but the app ask to reset and connect again. Manually adding option without wifi setup is not available. This finally solved by adding from the web version. So please add that option in mobile as well. 2. My latest iPhone is overheating while I open this app for 2-3 mins. It doesn’t happen with any other app, only this one. So I guess this app is using too much memory/ processing power in the background just to show some data. Please fix this.
