Shipt: Deliver & Earn Money

I was completing my last order and after I looked at my rating and my account was deactivated. There was no warning or nothing about my account. My account was a 4.9/5.0 and all of my rating were 90%. Customer service was no help

When I swipe right for to head to store WHY DOES THE DUMB APP SHOW THE DELIVERY ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE CHANGE TO SHOWING THE STORES ADDRESS!!!!

Customer service is not helpful when customer wants to cancel order. They barely can understand the complaints. I’ve sent countless emails. To get no assistance. Also after shopping for a complete order and driving over 30 miles, just for a customer to cancel. Shopper will not be paid. Shows no empathy for shoppers!

I got deactivated because my on time stats fell low. I live in a high traffic area and would also take my time talking to customers to make sure they were happy with substitutions. Often times that would mean checking out of the store at the time the order was supposed to be delivered. Especially if it was a stacked order. I’m so so disappointed as this was my main income as a single mom. You can have preferred members, be personally thanked by customers for taking the time, be tipped high amounts and shipt will randomly decide to deactivate you one day.

A few months ago I got a customers item and made it to their place but they were unresponsive. I called support and they said they’ll cancel the order and I would be compensated. I wasn’t and now they’re trying to say the order was dropped before I got to the store even though I have proof it wasn’t. I’m reporting this and might file a lawsuit

Took two shipt orders i would’ve made ON TIME. One of them I was 2 products away from completing and processing out when it just DISAPPEARED from my shipt app, I called the shipt customer service line and was told there was thing they could do as I “didn’t message the customers” I did. I messaged them BOTH, updated them BOTH REGULARLY. If something was out of stock I contacted the customer. Shipt stated that the customer requested the order to be delivered the next morning, so I asked so they can just cancel and reschedule and order when I’m almost done with it and she said yes customer comes first so I boldly asked okay and what and I getting compensated for the 40+ minutes I’ve been shopping for this order AND SHE SAID NO COMPENSATION IS AVAILABLE. 40 minutes I spent speaking with this customer and shopping for her order and they just up and cancel and reschedule without so much as a heads up or compensation. So BEWARE if you’re a new shipt shopper that this company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU just about THEIR MONEY AND THEIR TIME, they will toss you to the side and not think twice. I am doing a FULL story time on my TikTok @ itskassiiee but beware and keep this in mind PLEEASE before you sign up. It’s not worth the stress or lost time and lost MONEY.

I would note that the deliveries available are far (distance) and few between but I will chalk that up to it being new, I’m sure that was the case for Uber at first as well. I Would suggest more deals (complete 5 orders, etc.) to just be in general and not so specific with their criteria as that does feel like a bit of a bait and switch Overall good app, I enjoy taking the deliveries

I was a new driver and the warehouse took off packages off my route cause could not fit in my car and Shipt deactivated my account without warning nobody explain any rules to me and they just close my account horrible company I don’t recommend to anybody that’s like hiring someone with no experience and dont train them properly then they do something wrong yall fired them

The UX is easy enough to follow and predict. It’s not good or seamless. The backend is completely horrible. The updates are not in real time and crash unexpectedly. Do better!

There are no jobs in Austin and then they want you to advertise their business to other businesses and only want to give you $500 after they make thousands of dollars off of whatever business you get to sign up to use this service if decide to even use this app
