Once you added your visa your not able to remove it from the account and your not able to close the account with out remove your visa I have talk to support 24/7 they say 1 week and we will text you back and remove your card and no one replay anything to you I was waiting for months and no body replay to me send that and try again and again no body care to help you remove your card even the support .

I transferred some bitcoin into this platform in hopes to withdrawal to my account. None of the features work unless you’re outside of the US. Support is a joke. I just want my money off this platform. No other wallet charges these astronomical fees. I intend on reporting them. I have had $36 dollars just sitting in this account for over 6 months with no way to access it. Please do yourself a favor and seek out another reputable app.
