I don’t know how they manage to work this long: They provide debit cards from visa or MCard for a few days or weeks, after that they cancel the service and often your money gets suspended somewhere in their system and then the company doesn’t provide any solution to retrieve funds. Client service is just thanking you for your patience (lol) and they hold your money for weeks or months without any serious help.

Please aware when you pay in something to this company. Their support is only for simple questions. I have big problem, from one month my money stuck in their app and they cant help me. Only they work on it and wait to mail - nothing more for one month! Better dont send them bigger amounts, my case shows its not safe!

I transferred some bitcoin into this platform in hopes to withdrawal to my account. None of the features work unless you’re outside of the US. Support is a joke. I just want my money off this platform. No other wallet charges these astronomical fees. I intend on reporting them. I have had $36 dollars just sitting in this account for over 6 months with no way to access it. Please do yourself a favor and seek out another reputable app.
