I bought Redmi Note 10 5g, it started hanging from day 1 and also some apps are not working as it is showing Rooted Device. Be away from them.

I had a terrible experience with shopkees.com. I placed an order for a Samsung G9 monitor on the 21st and was told by customer support via WhatsApp that the order would arrive at the latest by Tuesday. However, when I called today (Tuesday) to inquire about the status of my order, I was informed that the item had not even been shipped yet and the website still stated that the order was "under process". This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The customer support team was also extremely unhelpful and seemed to have no sense of urgency in resolving my issue. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and would not recommend them to anyone. The people behind this shop are unreliable.

The app is slow and i notice prices are bit higher compare to amazon and noon , the good thing is they partner with tabby so you split your payment into 4 although amazon and noon as well now partner with tabby, delivery also is fast base on my experience and so far all products i order are genuine.

Is there any option i can use tabby in this app, it shows only returning customer can purchase or use tabby for payment installment.

I had several emails and even through WhatsApp but there was no customer service response from them after waiting for more than 2 weeks.
