I have spent thousands of dollars on this app, while the app is great! Most of the sellers are not helpful and customer service takes forever to respond to you. I have gotten bags that don't have date codes and/or damaged, it makes me think that they swap the bag and send you a different one. Sellers are only nice to you when you are buying but as soon as you get the item, they ignore you. Shop with caution and ask for date codes and don't rely on entrupy either, as I have gotten entrupy that has wrong date codes yet somehow it was authenticated. 🤦🏽♀️
In a word…Wow!!! I have used and enjoyed other platforms to purchase luxury items but I’m in love with ShopShops! The sellers are knowledgeable and fun but more importantly they introduce the products truthfully. The bags and items I have purchased were exactly as described and authentic! Customer service is helpful and responsive. I may need to get a second job to support my new habit!
This is an amazing concept and platform but they send me 10 unrequested notifications a day. They’re push marketing us one of the most annoying and aggressive I have ever seen. If it wasn’t for the obnoxious way that ShopShops advertises I would give them 5 stars.
My order came quick. Great quality. But I ordered Pink and was sent blue. I never pressed blue. I only wanted pink to match my handbag. I was disappointed especially since my first order had error!
Love this host he cares about his clients. He brings flair to the word shopping and extremely honest ! Lv the experience This site was good in the beginning and has turned to be a nightmare. It’s are not sent timely and arrive damaged and not as described. Shipping seems to go up every second and that is excluding taxes. Still have items that ordered a month ago and nothing. Customer service may I say more, super nightmare. Delay computer response. Then a guy named James answers with limited info. They choose accounts to questions fraud and demand if and credit card copies to be sent to them via email. Totally not acceptable. If you do not comply, restrict your account.

So I’ve placed an order for Christmas and long story short I never received my order and having a hard time getting a response from any costumer support. My order required a signature by fed ex that did not sign for but they claimed it was signed. I asked for proof of the delivery (that they do not have) .. I have a camera on my front door as proof as well that I’ve never received my packages or it was not left at my front door. If no one answered the door I’d assume fed ex would keep my package and try again or contact me to come get my package but instead they must’ve left my package in the lobby where it could have easily been stolen in my apartment complex and singed for me. One rep from customer service reached out to me and I explained all of this and he said he would reach back out to me due to all my evidence and lack of fed ex “proof of delivery” and now I am being ignored and no one is responding to me. I am very frustrated , I will never shop with this place again and I am still waiting on a refund. If you are reading this please do not shop with them.
This is the first time I ever bought something off their app - it was their black Friday special. I bought a Fuchsia Moschino scarf. I specifically bought it for the color and instead they sent me a black Moschino scarf with a Teddy bear on it. I looked at the receipt they included in the box to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake and selected the wrong color. The receipt said “Fuchsia” for the color I had selected. I also looked to see if they included a note that perhaps they had run out of the color I selected - but found no note in the box. I’m pretty disappointed that the first purchase I made on the app had such a huge error, so I think it’s safe to say that I don’t currently trust this platform to purchase luxury items.
What started out as a steal of a place to go for used designer bags turned out to be nothing less than another place for people to try and make you pay top dollar for items that aren’t worth it. I have seen items featured for sale on the different live sales that are on FASHIONPHILE and the Real Real for way cheaper. People just need to do their research. Some of the items that are being sold, are so overpriced it’s insane.
