On the sign-in page, theres no log back in option and i cant get out of the promo screen.

Bought two bags at am the same auction and asked the seller if they could ship the bags together so I could pay shipping once and potentially avoid any mixups with the delivery services. Right enough they informed me that they have to ship them separately and I’ll have to pay duties on both. Fast forward literally a month and a half later, only one bag made it which Ofcourse I paid duties on. The other one didn’t. I contacted the seller because the app shipping tracker said the package was given authorization to be disposed off. I was only ever contacted once for one bag and never received an email or call for the other. I’m out $224. Not impressed with the way this was handled.

I BOUGHT A SARAH MONOGRAM WALLET FROM HIS STORE WHICH WAS AT THAT TIME IT WAS AVAILABLE!! 01-07-2023. I HAVE KNOWN FROM ERIC THAT WALLET WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE! SO I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THIS MATTER BUT JUST KEPT PROMISING ME THAT THEY WILL FOLLOW UP ON THIS MATTER AND THEN WILL GET BACK TO ME! IT’S BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK NOW THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING ASKING IF THEY CAN SEND A REFUND REQUEST SO I CAN SEND IT AND FOR THEM TO ACCEPT IT! NOTHING IS DONE TIL THIS TIME! PAPALUX ISN’T A RESPONSIBLE HOST! IF HIS STORE “LUXCELLENT” IS NO LONGER OPERATING ON SHOPSHOPS HE OR CX SHOULD JUST DELETE OR CANCEL IT FOR THIS NOT TO HAPPEN!

Do not trust this platform or sellers.

I can’t get into the app anymore because the trial version pop-up now has no ability to close it or chose not to participate in trial version. It worked fine up until 12am est today.

Ad said from Japan but most stuff are from china so I’m assuming then these bags and stuff are all fakes

App isn’t as great after the latest OS. For example videos don’t expand to full screen. When you tap on the icon to expand the app actually freezes.

I just wanted to shop Century 21 like I have so many times in the past.. the only way you can see anything online for them is through this terrible app. It is a curated scroll of the most expensive products they sell, no way to search, no rhyme or reason to what is displayed. I can’t imagine anyone would enjoy shopping this way.
