I’m a long time user, this app has great hard workouts and tracks everything well. It’s not 5 stars because of late the app has become extremely buggy. It crashes multiple times a week and it’s 50/50 at connecting to the Apple Watch app. The devs reached out a few months ago when I reported it, but nothing since then. I’ve had to stop relying on it to record my actual workouts in apple health unfortunately.
I have been utilizing this application for some time, and I can say I don't regret ever paying for this program, especially being in the Marine Corps for 18 years; it has helped me focus on muscle groups that I have neglected and full-body workouts are a plus
I have been using this app for years. It’s best one I’ve seen, so far!
It’s a great alternative solution to having personal training and community without the cost and need to join a gym.
I wanted a app that gives me more option so I don’t get bored, this isn’t it I seem to be getting the same workouts especially for leg days. And I don’t like that you can’t pick specific areas.
