I love this app because it’s so relaxing and whenever I’m having a bad day I just lay down and play it you should get it and try it out🤤🤤oh and it tells you not to eat late at night and you should get it it is actually goodSome people think it’s a scam but it’s not but the only thing people don’t like about this game as you have to pay for other noises like when you’re sleeping like the only one that is free is the ones that you have
got this app to try it out months ago and deleted it a few days later, just checked my subscriptions and was charged 40 dollars when i don’t even have the app anymore

I take great care not to disturb anyone in the house most of all my wife when I get up. I typically wake up 1-4 hours before she does and when she wakes up she has great difficulty falling back to sleep. I snore and I thought this app could help me begin tracking the problems I’m having to help reduce the snoring and enhance my sleep quality. I worked the app into my sleep routine effortlessly. I always have a silent alarm on my watch that only I can feel to allow me to wake up soundlessly. But to my shock at 5AM my phone starts blaring music through this app. I had my phone on silent and the volume all the way down. No warning from the app end that there would be an audible alarm playing at the wake up time. An alarm I didn’t ask for because I already have one. A SILENT one. Doubtless this app works great when all the data is collected and you use it properly. But absolutely not for those wishing to keep peace at the wee hours of the morn.
