While I have no issues with the app itself, I have tried better ones. I signed up for a 1 week free trial and was immediately subscribed to a 1 year membership. I am very careful with these things and quite in shock they charged me the full one year subscription. Trying to get hold of anyone to reverse those charges has proven impossible. It feels fraudulent and frustrating

What a con!! I tried to select the 7 day free trial, it the tricked me into selecting a year special, thought I’d still have the ability to just do the 7 day free trial. Been through the app and looks like a waste of time. Have to use the phone the to the bed, surely it should work from the watch!

I’m not sure how it tracks whether you’re sleeping but the other night I woke up, I was sitting up, got water and woke my husband. It recorded me as “sleeping” and talking in my sleep 🤷🏼♀️. This has happened a few times, so makes me question the accuracy.

SCAM ALERT!!! I downloaded this app wanting to try it out , I used it once and didn’t like it… Not long after, my bank account was debited for an annual subscription 1049 ZAR!!! I want a refund !!! I don’t want this dumb app!!!
Do not download!!! I tried out the app for 2 day and was not impressed. I cancelled my subscription 2 days into the 7 day free trial period. But, they still deducted a full year’s subscription fees from my bank account. I have not been refunded. Its criminal and unethical. Do not support people like this, unless you like throwing money away.
