Once again the developer is assuming users know something that they really don’t. I followed the directions exactly and could not connect to either Bluetooth or WiFi. Cannon Connect is not very good, but at least it connects. I’m sure I have somehow left out a step, but I’m not interested enough to troubleshoot this.

I contacted support regarding an issue I was experiencing with the import function. The development team responded quickly and resolved the problem in no time. The app has great potential and is ideal for photographers, as well as beginners who are just starting their journey in photography. Worth every penny in my opinion!

Tried this app out and found it’s very easy to get the camera to connect to interface is constantly being improved and works extremely well with my Cannan R6 mark II. SUPPORT is great, which is rare to find these days. Look forward to continual improvements or new features or other apps they may offer.

This app really came in handy when the Canon Connect app didn’t. Thanks Shutter! 🫶🏼

There was hella lag when I conect the Camara to my phone

Make sure that your camera is on the list. It appears that you must have WiFi enabled.
