It doesnt fit to apple watch
I can update the firmware on my $100 ear buds but NOT on my $5,000.00 hearing aids. The app does very very little. And the website is worse. There is almost prescious little useable information. Every article links back on itself. Almost if the end user is stupid. Many of us are tech savvy, and are hamstrung by an almost useless app and website.
They are difficult to get used to and the apps do not work well. There is no home app means of adjusting for ears with different sounds in hearing ability only if you return to the dealer. So far they are a disappointment😕
It seems that the App does not really control the hearing aids, certainly eith regards to volume, bass/treble , etc It is a pity because these are very comfortable and work really well with my IPhone

Does not communicate well with TV device. Difficult to get it to pair up and to release connection.
I've been using this app for eight months. I find the difficult to maneuver. I recently bought a new phone as an upgrade. Even though both the phone and hearing aid are connected to Bluetooth, the app won't allow me to connect. I've connected every other device except the aids. Long ride home with no hearing aids.
Everything has been working great over the last 11 months until I switched to the new phone this week. Bluetooth does not see the two hearing aids. I have tried turning off my phone, turning off my Bluetooth, checking to make sure that I have the current App for Signia app, repaying my two hearing aids and have the same issue. Bluetooth does not find my two hearing aids but Signia App sees both hearing aids. Any suggestions. My wife thinks that hearing aid software is outdated and is causing the issue. If that is the case, how do you update hearing aid software. Also, Tele-Care does not work and this was set up 11 months ago when hearing aids were purchased. I can use a little help as to next steps.
