Not working
Unable to open too use Tv sound. Unable to check batteries. Unable to check settings. Reported this previously with no response. Is this covered under warranty? Can I return hearing aids?

Difficult to work settings don’t stay where they supposed to have to keep readjusting every morning the volume the app does nothing not happy
Issues with App starting on iPhone
I really like this Signia App. It has all the optionality to get the most benefit from my aids. Just in the last little while, the app will not start properly on my iPhone. It takes at least 3 attempts before the app comes up and connects to the hearing aids. I always do a hard reboot of my iPhone after IOS updates but the app continues to have the wobbles. Signia Technical support gave me a couple of tips, however the app continues to make its own decision on whether to start up or not on first attempt.
revert removes all changes
This is the first set of hearing aids that allow me to do use the assistant, which I think is good. The only thing I dislike is that after making a number of changes, you cannot revert to how it was before the last change but have to remove ALL of your changes and start again. Please Signia, if I enter a “chat” which has had a change done, put a “revert” option there.

There is no sound to my left aid from the TV app although I went to the story and had it looked at, music playback is ok

Features lacking
Used to be able to adjust many options. The current app - same model styletto - allows only 1 environment, 2 volume, and 3 what they call balance. Very poor

Broken since last update
This App is broken since last update. On iPhone 15 Pro Max, the App takes minutes to find the Signia aids and often fails to find them; takes up to 20-30 seconds to respond to taps on the buttons. And randomly shuts down. GET THIS FIXED. Hearing Aids are medical devices not toys.
Non Bluetooth aids
The app does work for non bluetooth aids, like the Silk charge & go IX, but only in the traditional remote control mode. This means no Signia assistant and any changes are temporary and are reset when the aids are turned off like when charging. While obviously there are technical differences using high frequency sound rather than bluetooth, if at all possible it would be nice to have the option of making the changes persistent
