Silhouette Go

I have to log in each time regardless if I check the box to remember me. Gets stuck when trying to add or edit font then the app suddenly quits. Terrible app.

Used on my iPhone. This app is beyond annoying to use.

I have used Silhouette Studio for years and I enjoy it. I have never ever been able to use the Silhouette go on my phone or my IPad. This is a major issue for me. So I rated it a 0 as I can not pull in my designs.

I needed a vinyl cutting machine for stickers and iron ons and a super crafty friend recommended this one. She said it was better than a Cricut. I’m pretty tech savvy but this thing has not been easy to learn. No preloaded designs. Everything has be to uploaded to the app and that isn’t intuitive. Wishing I’d have gotten the cricut.

Worst to use now. I just selected 4 designs and action page just hangs.

No word from customer service. I’ve tried every help forum solution I can find.

I have had this app for a couple years now.. and until recently it was great but now it doesn’t work at all. I have hundreds of patterns but none of them are loading now

So mad!

Every time I try to save to my library the whole app closes and logs me out. When I try to upload an image, it makes me use the precision outline then cuts my image out of the upload if I don’t put them at max. Basically the app is unusable which isn’t surprising based on the massive difference in user interface compared to the PC. I’ll stick with studio. Apple IPad Pro 12.9

I use the app to cut but now it rearranges my design so it cuts on top even though thumbnail matches my computer screen. Not only that but after deleting and adding app so it would update now you have to sign in every time you want to use a design from library.
