Eveytme i try to save my designs the app just shuts down

I’m trying to connect the machine with my Cameo 3 but it won’t come up. I tried everything the internet suggested and maybe I’m missing something. The bluetooth setting on my machine is already on and same with my ipad’s bluetooth. Help!

Only supports sgv file. Please update to JPEG or tiff even pdf files.

Please make new update & make it easier for transporting files format from Jpg, Jpeg, Png & others thru iPhone/ iPad. Wasting time to open PC that always lagging 👌🏻

I have to log in each time regardless if I check the box to remember me. Gets stuck when trying to add or edit font then the app suddenly quits. Terrible app.

Used on my iPhone. This app is beyond annoying to use.

I have used Silhouette Studio for years and I enjoy it. I have never ever been able to use the Silhouette go on my phone or my IPad. This is a major issue for me. So I rated it a 0 as I can not pull in my designs.

I needed a vinyl cutting machine for stickers and iron ons and a super crafty friend recommended this one. She said it was better than a Cricut. I’m pretty tech savvy but this thing has not been easy to learn. No preloaded designs. Everything has be to uploaded to the app and that isn’t intuitive. Wishing I’d have gotten the cricut.

Worst to use now. I just selected 4 designs and action page just hangs.

No word from customer service. I’ve tried every help forum solution I can find.
