I like this app because DBT is a therapy that needs to be practiced daily. I still forget to do it some days but having the app helps me to remember all the different tools I have to choose gfrom
Found this incredibly helpful in keeping up with my daily diary entries and I love that I can look at one skill at a time and be reminded what it is if I need to.
This app seems more suited to those that have completed dbt programs and have already learnt the core skills. It seems to be what I need right now. A daily log and reflection of my skills used during the day. I like the reminder alert too.
I highly suggest the use of this app when doing a DBT course and have knowledge of the skills Because the skills are but arnt common sence, and if you don’t know the skills then it may be a confusing
Not really what I was expecting!! A brief description of each DBT skill would be so helpful, as stated in the description, not many people have access to DBT or are waiting long times to be apart of DBT groups- so I would like to assume majority of the people downloading this would be not very enlightened in terms of what to expect and what skills are to be worked on during DBT, so to have this app be quite vague, and ask me questions about skills I barely know about in the text of DBT, is quite a disappointment.
The app would be great if the email actually worked. I've tried dozens of times but I can't send it to my psych so it's not very helpful. It would be great if this feature was fixed.

Thanks for such a great app. The skills definition and examples are really helpful. Lots of skills to work towards and great record and stats to keep track of your progress.
I like the idea of this app, it keeps you thinking about the skills. The more you do it the more you remember where you need to improve. And you can see your progress. However, the UI is just terrible. I will definitely use the app but a total rethink in design would be nice.
