Apple Pay has been broken in the app for months. Impossible to buy anything

The application indicates that a valid U.S. shipping address is invalid despite the fact that 4 previous orders were sent to that exact same address. Due to this issue, it is impossible to order replacement items. Imagine that…..a most basic and simple address validation, based on a valid address that even the application finds and recommends accurately, was previously used for prior orders with no problem, immediately gets tagged as “invalid” and does NOT allow you to place an order! What a joke! Trash app!

I’ve received about 20+ notifications saying “Your order is on its way” which is obviously needed and some kind of software bug. Overall, the app is just okay. Haven’t found a reason to use this over the website.

Seriously? An app intended to facilitate purchases but does NOT include product dimensions in any of the product descriptions. Epic fail. App is probably easy to use, but never got that far since I couldn’t make a call on which one fit my multiple spaces for which I was hoping to buy cans.

Loved this app and now it’s impossible to update or add a payment method!! So frustrated that I am ready to go back to the cheap grocery store liners

I’m a fan of the brand, and the app is beautifully designed and seems to have phenomenal integration with Apple and Apple Pay, however, there are problems. My main issue with this app is that you can’t add items to a shopping cart, because one doesn’t exist. If I wanted to buy multiple items at once, I would not be able to, I’d have to make several purchases. The app also doesn’t synch up with the site, which would be helpful if I started a shopping cart with several items on the site and later decided to come back to that order on my phone, but again: the app has no shopping cart. Another issue: my discounts/coupons do not seem to appear on the app; I currently have two and when I try to check out I have no option for that, nor are they automatically applied to my purchase. At this point I gave up and went back to the site, because this app is nothing but a really pretty mobile catalog.

Just a black screen, reinstalled with no help. Guess I’ll be ordering on Amazon instead.

I am on iOS and can’t place an order. The help page says to use a laptop. What is the point of an app if you can’t place an order? Completely useless app. Great graphics, all visuals no functionality.

App is crap , you can’t add things to the cart. You have to but thing individually.

You cannot buy anything. It errors out every time. Very frustrating. Thanks for the update. I ended up ordering online rather than using the app.
