Simply Plural

hi, i don’t normally write reviews but i find this app so useful as a system, but bc of dissociative amnesia and stuff i have a hard time remembering the app exists. i think a widget would be very helpful, maybe with it showing who was last fronting? anyway, thank you for the app!!

This app is super helpful, we love it!! 💜💜 but I have a suggestion There should be a feature where systems can talk to other systems (you know, dms and stuff) cuz that could be very helpful. pls, pls consider it! 💜

Fantastic way to keep track of system members, fronting, system friends and more. It has been a crucial step in our self discovery and healing journey. There are so many great features it would be impossible to fit them all. My only complaint would being about the new message feature they added it, it’s a bit confusing. BUT it integrates with pluralkit so that doesn’t even really matter in the long run. Again, amazing app, a must need for everyone with DID, OSDD, or UDD!

We love this app and have been using is very frequently, and its very easy for singlets to interact too, but theres quite a couple things i hope for you to fix and add. Lets start with the bugs. If we can get these bugs fixed, and features added (or equivalents of them), i will give a 5 star. Bugs: 1. First bug i found was that it will randomly take your permission to see other people’s profiles away. Even if you’re permitted to, the trusted would randomly fall off or not update. Ive asked my part. 2. Searching bug, sometimes when im searching in another systems members, it shows members from my system? It doesn’t make any sense. Its annoying. Additions: 1. Here’s probably my most wanted one; COMMENTS! please make it so specific alters from your system can comment on other peoples profiles. Maybe not on the front page, but some kind of sub category, or in the members. It would be very cute and neat. please make it so specific alters can have comments disabled, and some can have it so only trusted can comment, etc. 2. Merging! Please please make it so you can merge two alters and it automatically makes some kind of archival for that alter, so you can still see the old profiles of them. Some kind of merging for alters would be very helpful, and please make it so you cant accidentally merge alters easily. Sure you can archive said alters and then make a new profile, but thats so much extra work then just having a merging feature. 3. Other than trusted, please make it so other systems or singlets cant see *specific* members, like maybe you want all your trusted friends to see your members, but you don't want a specific person in your trusted to see a specific member. 4. Messenger, one that makes it so specific alters can message specific alters from other systems. I still would prefer comments over this, but it would be very nice and cute, and keeps things organized. 5. Speaking of organization PLEASE MAKE IT SO YOU CAN ORGANIZE FRIENDS. Maybe have favorites? At least put plurals before singlets? Alphabetical is nice until the system you interact with the most is at the bottom of your friends list, and its annoying to scroll to the bottom of the list to check who’s fronting.

I think you should be able to add images in the chat section!!! Other than that, really great app tho :) keep it up !

The app itself is fine, it does what it needs to do (obviously a few small features would be nice) but lately the loading time for just opening the app and going to the dashboard is incredibly long. Sometimes it just won't load at all and sometimes it won't load the friends page. It only started doing this when the random wave of updates came around.

This app has so much potential but there are some quality of life issues I’m having with it. It’s hard to get my littles to log anything on it because there isn’t much of an option that I could find that makes it more interactive for them. It would really be nice if there was an option to put up a widget for quick front logs.

this app is super useful , i've been using it for around three years off and on , having a digital place where our information is stored is very useful to us because lots of things tend to get lost but our data here never does . it's good for more simplistic stuff i think as well as fronting tracking if you're wanting to do that . we typically store more complex information externally but this is a great handbook as opposed to a detailed storage . anyways i do recommend it , i use it as a system and fully personally , no friends on here , and i like it. there is one thing that i wish could be implemented , though , which is a way to track inner world details . since alters are already stored in the database here , it would be great to also be able to have a way to track " areas " and to be able to track what alters are typically present where . inner world varies from system to system , ours is pretty complex , and we are currently keeping information in regards to it stored outside of simply plural ... but it would be nice to put it in here , especially if we were able to do it sort of like the " groups " function , where you can put one group inside another group . if this feature was implemented it would make organisation much easier for us , and any systems who don't have much of / any of an inner world could just not use it . so if you're looking for any ideas , i think that would be a fine one ! as for the newest update , i really enjoy the " members / fronters / customs front " tab at the bottom . i have always found setting up fronting statuses a bit difficult on here , especially because it can be hard to see what alters are listed as fronting from the members tab , depending on the colours they have set , once you have quite a few of them added into the database . i would end up with alters " fronting " for multiple days when they were not actually present until someone realised they were there , and then we wouldn't know how long they had been there for in reality . the new update fixes this issue . i feel like the UI is a bit clunky ( having the title of the page listed in a tab at the bottom just obscures the area of the screen i want to see , and there's a lot of empty space at the top where that would fit nicely ) but it's definitely more functional . might just need a bit of polishing .

I’m changing my review again for the last time because all the issues I had have been solved and honestly this app is perfect for systems. I have very few issues with it such as the chat system being a little weird to use and the interface being a little clunky and confusing in some places, but otherwise it’s wonderful.
