Cannot top up using apple pay or physical credit card.

Unable to top up without physical card.

The app is easy to use and makes our life more convenient with arrival times of different transport in Singapore. Also can top up easy link card with this app at home. But can you make the app refresh more frequently? I’ve just topped up my card a few days ago via this app and until now the top up is not reflected in the app itself.

There are still bugs to be fixed but service wise and technical support is excellent

Managed to add my child’s student concession card, how after i have topup the card, it is not reflective of the topup amount.

The most stupid app I ever come across!!!

Refund period for the bus reduction is very small and make claim also cannot. Customer Support don’t seem to understand and department are just afk. Load of bull load lies over there. Also the reviews are possibly botted with generic names. Cannot trust this kind of service for bus reduction.

cant login after key in phone number though have email but prompt for a new email. Darn stupid app. dono which idiot dev this app.
