Why can’t I modify my DOB? Even my first name and last name could be modifying in your App. I also uploaded my passport copy. In any circumstance there is no way to change that ? And no way to contact any staff that respond the members profile

My request to claim miles always fails due to my name on partner airlines will always be treated as wrong in Singapore Air (or Krisflyer) system. I reached out to amend the name in the system but according to them it is not supported/allowed, but in that case Krisflyer should work with partner airlines to support this matter properly.

系統很慢，訂位日期很難選擇，介面很難使用

Can’t pre-select seats when purchase the flight ticket on iPad, and can’t go to previous page if some information fill incorrect, need to start from scratch!! App really NOT user friendly!!

App is not good to be used and response is quiet slow
