Ne sert à rien de réserver ils n’ont pas les voitures même en cas de réservation et vous expliquent que c’est tout à fait normal! Donc à éviter si vous ne voulez pas perdre de temps
I rented through Sixt for a trip with my sister to visit relatives throughout England. After abit of confusion about booking at the beginning of out trip, the issues have been resolved effectively and quickly. Thank Sixt for our very enjoyable experience through England. Janice Jones
More than 50 minutes delay because of non availability of the cars for a confirmed reservation and fully paid .
Super easy to book on the app, easy fast airport pick up. It’s my go to rental now.
The app is just not working, keeps saying wrong password and when switching to receiving a code by email it says the code is just revived by email in not correct. The funny thing is that on the Sixt website the password or code works. Please test this app thoroughly, it is already a few days like that. Thanks
I used Sixt many times mainly in France and Thailand. Every time a great experience.
Super easy app to use, lower price than all the rest and auto-fill makes typing so much easier…booking was a breeze
Trying to sign up for Fastlane as prompted in the app always leads to error message. “Something went wrong. Please try again. If you're still having trouble, please contact our customer support.” Awesome. There’s also no contact information for “customer support” and just an FAQ in the app. Brilliant. What a useless waste of time.
As this is the very first time using Sixt, I’m truly excited to experience my expectations of High Performance Leadership and Elevated Level of Customer Service Excellence. At this moment in time the booking process was pleasing. The follow up and final steps will be evaluated as they proceed
