App is totally useless with C100. Poor man pays twice.

This app is easily the worst I have come across. Struggles to connect to the camera (SJ 11) and when it does disconnects after a few seconds making it basically useless on both my iPad and iPhone as below. Only gave it 1 star because I couldn’t submit no stars - iPad (9th gen) OS Version 16.2 - iPhone SE OS Version 17.3.1 It’s a shame because the camera itself, on initial use for the first few days, is excellent. Hopefully I can find a compatible app to download and edit videos on the fly instead of waiting until I get home and plug into a laptop

Won’t connect but will record. Crashes galore. Great cameras crippled by a very poor app... what’s up with that?

The overall functionality of the camera is diminished by the app. -The app frequently crashes - particularly when trying to update settings. -The video and photo cannot be seen in the top portion of the viewer. I hope this can be fixed- it could be such a great camera and app combo. But given the similar comments dating back 6 years I doubt this will be fixed in the future.

Why is this app in Slovak language and how do you change it?

滿喜歡你們家的產品 但App真的還要加油！ 有一些很基本的功能都沒有 會造成使用上的不便和產品體驗 M20 用了兩三年了... 但app... 1.像是我都找不到4K畫質的選項 2.沒有開關Gyro的選項 3.沒有開關畸變矯正的選項 這些都是常常在影片模式和拍照模式互相轉換下需要去開關的...變成我每次都只能斷開和手機的連結。 去相機本身上操作...再重新連上手機...浪費很多時間和電池。QQ 希望Sjcam的工程師能看到我的問題並回應我 感謝

I can't connect with my iPhone ...

I've had this problem since I bought the camera despite the recent updates! The photos and videos show up as grey boxes on the app and never load so I'm unable to transfer them! Put my memory card in a friends M20 and the app works fine! Please fix this asap

After the new update I really don't know how to transfer the videos I want, once connected it transferred 315 photos and videos to my phone but it's missing many. I also cannot see what's on my screen anymore. Liked the old update, thanks

I used to like sjcam apps because of their simplicity and pretty straight forward.But after they updated it to sjcamzone, everything is screwed up. I cant connect my camera anymore via wifi because they ask me to register, which i cant even do that, due to error everytime i tried to register. Very dissapointing
