Video downloaded become slomo video
Ho SJ support team. I’ve just had my SJ11. Whenever i download the video thru my sj cam app. The video initially 3minutes long become 9minute long. The video turns to slomo video. How to fix this. I need to download the video as it is during recording

Hi I have a problem with the app where while I’m downloading the video it automatically quits the connection and I have to reconnect again,it has gone to a point where I can even finish downloading my video and the app disconnects I hope u can fix it ASAP thank you
cannot connect the apps form iphone
I cant connect the apps from my iphone 8+, the apps keep saying to go setting and wireless LAN that iphone doesnt have. I hope sjcam can fix this asap. The apps before is more better. 👌🏻

Video download from SJ9 is not able
Please fix this issue as soon as possible, connection of WiFi keep disable, hardly download the video file from SJ9 strike.
