Skechers: Shop Shoes & Clothes

All the time i do enjoy order the shoes with the App and now upset, because the App pushed me for Apple Pay . I don’t want to set up Apple Pay, because when lost or someone stole my phone i got lost everything also. Wake up Skechers , don’t push the people for set up for Apple Pay, your company will lost money

Would like to review, but since the Update a couple days ago, the reviews and question and answers aren’t working. 🤔 anyway, the memory foam is super thin otherwise everything else about the shoes was great but what happened to the memory foam/insole thickness? I was expecting way more comfort throughout my shift but it wasn’t really there. 😬

Don’t bother ordering from this website! You may not get the stuff you ordered. And the help you get when you call the company is…if it’s past 30 days, they are not going to help! My package is lost with UPS! This company will not respond to UPS asking for help! UPS sent them an email back on September 4, 2024! This is September 18, 2024! I tried to call Sketchers, like I was asked by UPS, nope just rudeness, from both employees. I can hear the one in the back saying, “she has to call the bank!” Well lady as I told your guy there is no one at the falls bank you people have advertised on your website! NO ONE! Where’s my package ? Who knows! I know now that SKETCHERS AND AFTERPAY do not care!!! That’s what I have found out! How uncaring Sketchers is! And as far as getting into the app, Sketchers has let me know that my password and username are not correct. I changed my password and used that password to get into the app, but it still tells me I have the wrong password! So, gonna have to say Sketchers employees are up to that one as well. Maybe check with the female I talked to. Maybe she has the notes on that as well! Not impressed with this company or it’s fake banks!

I thought it was the only me who cant access it. I wasnt able to place an order coz it says i need to verify my payment lol but theres no verification

I tried to make my orders to pick up in store for several different locations and it won’t let me. It’s forcing me to ship to my house.i won’t go into details I just needed them now.

1. Search is horrible. Google gives better results for sketchers products than your app 2.After selecting , search not able to edit instead it takes me to the result 3. Give better search results 4. Cant able to select text in the page 5. Cant select the product details from the check out Please refer amazon app for better app user experience 6. Scrolling experience horrible

Every time I try to use this app, I have recreate my account. No way to reach customer service support.
