I’ve bought Kawai piano, entered promo for 3 month trial, and today, after 3 month, $39 were debited, though there was no skoove at my apple subscriptions. The app is gorgeous! Application worked fine in the beginning, but further after I had started to use both hands, it became to be terrible. It recognizes sounds very bad together. I tried to do sound very loud, it didn’t help. It is impossible to use it with microphone

Hello! I have bought a Roland piano which goes with a code for a free three-month subscription. After I’ve entered the code a $38 payment automatically proceeded but within an hour the money came back. Several months later (three probably) the $38 payment was made once again without my permission and with even no AppStore receipt on my email. Please return my money back
It has done a very unpleasant situation. After installed your program may be I may be my daughter accepted yearly subscription. After that we deleted program, but subscription has not been deleted.
