I cant update the game. Help??

Im on an ipad and when i click the update button it just shows me the loading sign, as if the update is taking time to load, but it stays like that for hours and i can't update it. Can someone please help?

I swear I love this game

I may be Linley playing it but seriously it’s so beautiful, the amazing landscape and the graphics make the game so unique. And the people u meet there, are so awesome! I love this game a lot and I have a lot of fun playing!

Relaxing exciting and also haunting

Sky is a gorgeous insanely atmospheric game with a harrowing yet hopeful story, filled with wonder. The feelings of community, solidarity, and the player interactions are some of the best parts of the experience. The interactions you sometimes need other players to help you with, and those who will group up with you for no reason other than to be helpful, they’re some of the best the game has to offer.

It’s a pity.

I’ve played this game since around the start of the game and while this game really has changed my life as I’ve made some really good friends for life, this game has caused me to burn out many times. The game has amazing graphics, flying mechanics and friend interactions but there’s several issues: The game is heavily IAP focused as of now. Free to play items are no longer interesting anymore and the paid products for events start piling up more and more. I understand this is an indie game, but it’s not like the company will shut down if they catered to non-paying players. This game has children, and it teaches horrible financial responsibility if they were to start feeling like they were missing out This raises another issue- FOMO. It’s extremely hard to do a complete 100% of the season unless you don’t miss like, a week of log ins. This is especially unfair to the people who don’t have time to do so everyday. Even more, the game lacks “endgame content” apart from running through every realm every single day to grind for candles just to burn them all on the travelling spirit and constellations. The daily limit is around 25 when it takes around hours just for every single day. This is absolutely unacceptable. People who are active in the community constantly raise issues about this, and we get feedback forms and surveys, but devs never seem to actually implement these changes. Bugs constantly get glossed over with shiny new seasons and in app purchases. I’m tired of watching this game grow further away from what I used to enjoy. It’s just watching people constantly and repetitively grinding.

My opinion about tgc

This game is really nice as idea and implementation but also this game seems to be developed by a company that doesn't care about the concerns and needs of its players. My experience has been frustrating, with a ticket support system that is inefficient and lacks coherence. After significant investments of time and money, I've come to the conclusion that the company prioritizes profits over player satisfaction or experience.

Many bugs

Look, the game is super cool, relaxing, I like it but the problem are the bugs, there are many and for example, I can't finish the qust with little prince! I remain stuck in the animation and I can't get get out. In the part two of the quest. I have a few more examples but I can't write them all down here. The most important one is the one I already wrote. Please resolve the bugs!
