Worked perfectly for a trip, used a 72hour pass brilliant for tram, metro and buses. Other bad reviews definitely weren’t using the app correctly

App totally inaccurate Suggests trains and buses that don’t run So functionally broken

I used the app while visiting Stockholm. I was able to buy the ticked using my Mastercard credit card.

This is a truly awful app. It didn’t want to process any debit card transactions (no apple pay of course) whilst in Stockholm. Avoid!

As mentioned by others, this app should be removed from the App Store. To summarise the issues: - Tickets issued by the app cannot be used at turnstiles at Arlanda airport or on the metro - Payments through the app work > 50% of the time - Timetable information presented by the app is unreliable This is the first review I’ve ever left for an app. I’m shocked by the poor quality from such a large company.

The app always says “something went wrong” after making a payment or trying to add a card. Their support team has no idea how to help.

Do not use this app. Tickets bought using this app don’t work on the Stockholm metro turnstiles. After scanning the ticket QR-code then the turnstile will tell you that you need to contact customer service to help you get through. Don’t waste of your time using this app. Only use SL-Access (travel) card. This app should be removed from the App Store until SL fix the problem with the turnstiles.

The bus timings do not match what’s displayed at the stop. Also doesn’t understand the concept of fastest route and suggests routes that will get you to your destination a lot later than you’d like to be when there are CLEARLY other quicker options available. Between this app and google maps, good luck navigating anywhere efficiently.

Have to manually enter payment details - apps have been linking to phone payment options for years. Doesn’t accept MasterCard security code either - so rendered useless.

I Downloaded the app for first time as I am going to Stockholm and would use the train to the centre. As I’ve never taken this train before, I thought it was like many other airport trains where you can book the ticket in advance. However the ticket starts running immediately, and no chance in hell for a refund - just because t&c says so and so I must be really stupid.
