SL-Journey planner and tickets

Listen…the SL Service, being int the Tunnelbana, Ferries or commuter trains work amazingly well. As a tourist of Stockholm I can say it’s magnificent. However the App just isn’t. It’s bad. You want to know when a train departed and where it goes to? Too bad - something went wrong. Oh what’s that station up there? Let me check the App…oh it’s Slussen…let’s see where these ferries go to and when! Too bad - something went wrong. Oh neat! A map in the app! Let’s click on a station - nothing happens. You can’t access arrivals or departures via the app. Not even lines that travel to it. And why for the love of god is your QR Code/Ticket not an apple caller element? You need to unlock your phone, get in the SL App and then scan the code. Why??

Die App ist super kompliziert und als Ausländer nicht zu verstehen. Der Entwickler sollte sich mal an der Ruter App in Oslo ein Beispiel nehmen. Einfach Handhabung und auch ohne wissen über Haltestellen sehr gut zu bedienen

How does an App upgrade itself so much that it is no longer available on half of the phones people used few months ago. SL should keep the App open to all the users, including older versions of iOS or androids.

Don’t know how much money I’ve lost due to this. Been going on for too long

Das scannen des QR Codes beim Einsteigen in die Busse funktioniert oft nicht. Das Personal reagiert oft sehr unfreundlich.

Doesn’t work

How difficult can it be to integrate a payment method in an app nowadays!!?? There are hundreds of bad reviews about not possible payment for more than a year already and nothing haa happened!? You cannot even add a credit card for payment! Totally useless app!!!
