- Sleep meditations: improve your mindfulness and relieve stress and anxiety in just a few minutes a day. Disconnect your mind, take deep breaths and dive into slumberland.

There are just no words to describe my gratitude for this app. I have night time anxiety caused by my acid reflux and heart condition but since I started using this app during bedtime, it completely eliminated my anxiety and I’m able to have a deep sleep now.
